The assigned professional will reach the address you have provided and deliver the service.
If you want the service but can’t avail it at the time you booked the service for, we recommend you to reschedule the booking for a different time. If you want to cancel, follow the below steps
Contact details of the professionals are shared with you in the Booking section of your app. Open your Booking, select the professional you want to speak to and call the professional
Our professionals generally reach within the selected slot of booking. We track if the job is not started on time and our customer experience associates start working on the issue automatically. Be assured that either the professional or a CLABON representative will get in touch with you in case the job can”t get started in time. If you face any problem, feel free to get in touch with us by selecting the booking for which you want to raise a complaint.
You can book your preferred professional through Clabon Company Android & iOS apps. In order to book your preferred professional, select the services you want to book and select the address. While filling in the billing details, you will get the option to choose a professional where you can tell the Clabon company that you want to book the same professional who visited your previous job. This will let the company know that you want to book the same professional. Now the company will check for you in your chosen time whether the professional is available or not and if the professional is available then the job is given to the same professional whom you have selected, And if that professional is not available in your chosen time then you will be told by calling, only after that your job will be given to another professional.AND Professionals on CO do have choice to either accept your job or not take it up according to their preference – in case the professional was not able to accept your job for some reasons, we will assign another service professional to your job.
You can pay for the service either before or after service delivery. To pay after the service delivery, please ask the professional to send you the receipt and the online payment link.
Note that CLABON Insurance Protection is only applicable on payments made to CO online via CLABON app or website.
On cancellation of a request, the refund will be automatically initiated into your original payment method within 5 -7 business days. For example, if you paid for a service via credit card, the amount will be credit back into your credit card.

Yes, we do provide a 30 days service warranty for some of our offerings and an Insurance of upto Rs. 5000 for India against any damages caused. Service warranty varies from service to service. Please check the details while booking a service. The service warranty is offered on all bookings that are paid online on the platform.
